Just finished this job in the historic Nye Beach section of Newport Oregon. The project started off with a graphical mock up of what the install would look like, using elements of actual sample tiles.

When this was approved by the client, the layout and install was started using freeze resistant mortar and freeze resistant porcelain tile.
